Electric Motors \u2013 Single Phase, Repulsion Induction and Repulsion Motors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A rare, early 20th century, commutating, single phase, 25 cycle, alternating current motor, likely of the repulsion induction type, but requires further study. An early marker of vastly changing times to come, following the first wave of home electrification. It would herald the coming invasion of the Canadian home by electro-motive technology, General Electric, date unknown. [see also ID# 293]<\/p>\n\n\n\n
